1 General Information & Introduction

2 Account Registration

To register an account with Sportzino, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete details may result in your account being closed at any time and your balance being forfeited.

Each individual may only open one account. If a member is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented to any other person.
• Any changes to your registered details must be reported to support immediately.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Sportzino is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to open an account or use the platform under any circumstances.

Sportzino may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits at Sportzino can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).

You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making deposits. Using another person's payment account will result in the funds not being returned and may lead to account closure.

• Successful deposits are typically credited to your balance within 5–15 minutes.

• If a deposit does not go through, it will be automatically reversed within 24 hours.

6 Betting Terms & Conditions

Please keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on Sportzino. Violations may result in bets being voided.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless a cash-out option is available).
• Pre-match betting closes once an event has started.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Sportzino reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be settled at odds of 1.0.

During live betting, odds may change due to data delays. Sportzino reserves the right to suspend any market at any time while live betting is in progress.

7 Bonus Terms & Conditions

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sportzino. Involvement in any of them will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Participation in match fixing or sports manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Using or accessing another person's account.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Betting using automated bots or scripts.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the Sportzino system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating, or mistreating other members.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Sportzino may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Prolonged account inactivity (over 18 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

If your account is permanently closed, eligibility for a balance refund depends on the reason for closure. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms and conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

10 Limitation of Liability

Sportzino will not be held liable in the following circumstances.
